"Dit is een zakenhotel waar ik vaker ben geweest. Dit keer had ik een zogenaamde Zen-kamer. De kamers zijn rustig, hebben een groot comfort en zijn goed schoon. Internet heeft ook een prima snelheid. Opvallend is de snelheid waarmee het vriendelijke personeel je helpt. Echt niets op aan te merken. Het ontbijtbuffet heeft een enorm brede keuze. Veel meer dan het gemiddelde hotel. De prijs van dit hotel is ook allezins redelijk. Ik zal er graag weer terugkomen."

"Dieses Hotel hatte zum Zeitpunkt des Check-in einen Wasserschaden und kein Strom. Musste mir also ein anderes Hotel suchen. Bei der Stornierung bzw. Rückforderung musste ich feststellen, dass das Hotel eine Übernachtung (von geplanten 4 Nächten) einbehalten hat. Auch eine Reklamation über den Support von Hotels.com war leider nicht erfolgreich und es wurde zu diesem Vorfall nicht direkt oder nur ausweichend Stellung bezogen. Auch meine Mails, weshalb nur ein Teil erstattet wurde blieb...
