"Lairs upon lies. we booked for 2 rooms that they say have 4 king bed. only to be given 1 room with 1 king bed. we were told they could not see our reservation on expedia. yet they saw one room. the offered to move us to a 3 room. At the end, they charge us 195k at check out even though we paid $65 on expedia. pls don't book"

"Courteous, friendly staff.
Complimentary breakfast was great. Other meals were well presented and delicious.
The staff are the hotel's greatest assets, every staff you walked past, greeted respectfully and was ready to assist."

"Check-in was efficient. Breakfast Buffett was served with good assortment and taste. Wonderful gym with aerobic classes daily. Also very convenient to a local supermarket and eateries. Also interesting was that they provided snacks for purchase in the room as well."

"Check in problems because of issues between hotels.com and the hotel.
But they were kind to still give me a room while trying to sort it out.
Property and room quite clean but needs maintenance and new linen, towels etc. Bed not comfortable.
Service not very professional.
Food not fantastic. "
