"I would like to express my satisfaction with my recent stay in 3J´s Hotels & Apartments.
The room was clean, and the room service staff were generally very courteous and friendly.
However, I would especially like to highlight one particular staff member, whose name, if I recall correctly, is Josiah.

"On arrival the desk clerk was unable to find my booking and the manager was called. This proved to be an unhelpful experience even though the booking was found he stated that he couldn’t find confirmation of the payment, despite me showing him the confirmation emails from Hotel.com. He appeared completely uninterested leaving me to phone the UK landline available to me so they could resolve the matter.
