"Booked here very last minute due to a change in plans, and ended up LOVING the stay. From the moment you’re greeted out front to the minute you leave, everyone is so pleasant and friendly. The rooms, atmosphere, pool area, and dining are STUNNING, and the staff is so attentive and amazing. Room service was so amazing, and the cleaning was immaculate. They even found out we had a birthday to celebrate and brought a cake to our room. I would always recommend! "

"If you’re heading to Chiang Mai do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel. 10 minutes from the airport and within a 1 mile or less walk of anything you need. They do an excellent job with laundry for 50 TB per kilo (2.2lbs). Only 5 floors with an excellent elevator. The AC was excellent. The beds were comfortable. The showers have heaters right there and they work perfectly. The cleaning staff was great. The place, the whole place, was immaculately clean. Immaculately clean! The pool was wonderful. Super clean. They have toast, jams, and coffee machines & tea in the morning. Theres a set of dumbbell weights and a sit-up bench that you can use. There’s 3 very inexpensive and good restaurants just a 2 minute walk away. The lady running this family owned hotel is named Ann. She’s wonderful! Super helpful. On top of all this the hotel is very affordable. Anyway, this hotel was wonderful! We will be back. We feel blessed to have stayed there. We stayed 10 nights and absolutely loved every second of it. "We really enjoyed our stay at 99 Te Gallery hotel. The staff provided amazing service upon arrival and through our stay. The room was comfortable and vey clean. There were self serve laundry facilities which we needed at this stage of our trip. They had a restaurant and bar. We were able to get beers, ice and other drinks upon request. They had umbrellas that they would loan out with a deposit, which came in handy for us who forgot to pack umbrellas during monsoon season. The pool was a nice touch, and we enjoyed it after a hot day of exploring around town. The AC in the room was a welcome respite after the heat of the day. It was also very well located. The price was also very reasonable for the service and amenities. I would definitely recommend a stay here."
