"Great location"

"We have stayed in this accommodation before and they have improved from the last time we were here."

"Terrible hotel might be cheap but that is what you get. Thought it was a Fairmount property but nothing but a 2 star hotel"

"The property was impressive with amazing views. Our room was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful."

"This fully renovated Victorian hotel is a rare gem. The stained glass and intricately cut mouldings are gorgeous. The dining room is outstanding. I could imagine eating in there in the 1800's. The garden area in front was also lovely. We ate in the restaurant there, and the food and service was excellent. I felt like a queen at this place. The only thing I would change would be the nude artwork above our bed. Be sure to take time for some tea and scones."

"Chambre correcte mais très sombre. Piscine fermée car non entretenue: eau verte et barbecue sale qui ne chauffe plus"

"The best bed I’ve ever stayed in. One tiny downside was a distant sound of construction but that was after 9am. Would definitely stay here again."

"The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. A big shopping mall was only 5-minute walk. However, getting to the city took about an hour."

"Check-in was excellent. , very helpful . My fault we had a basic room which did not have any wardrobes or any hanging space apart from two hooks on the door. Lovely lounge and pool table room very atmospheric . On our first evening the hotel arrange for wine tasting which was fabulous . We found the car park was not 100% use a friendly due to the severe access slope and the tightness of the car park so all the time (three nights ) at least two parking brakes were unusable We were on a bed...

"Overall the accommodation was good. It was clean and it was great to have the car parked at no extra cost, The gym was well equipped. Westfield Penrith was only a 10 minute drive. I feel that it was a bit far from the city but if you like to be further out then give this place a go."

"The hotel and services were great but the owner tended to be rigid (should be more flexible)"

"OK for a quick stay. It would be good if the maintenance was undertaken while they build the new accommodation. e.g. Fridge works, shared fridge defrosted and fly screen fitted."
