"Room was nice & clean. Friendly staff. Hotel is right downtown which is convenient but also attracts a young clientele so it’s rowdy. I was awake from 2:30 am & on due to 2 rooms of very loud parties. Not a lot of soundproofing so you can hear everything. Hotel staff did what they could but they ended up having to call the police. "

"The heating/air conditioning unit is extremely quiet. It was running, and kept the room at our desired temperature, but you didn't hear it running like in other hotels. Our room was very clean & comfortable. The breakfast was very good & a lot of choices for a full breakfast. "

"Room was clean and comfortable. We reserved a suite with two Queen beds and sofa turned into a bed. The beds were fulls. Not queens as stated. The beds were comfortable- just not as large as we had reserved. Had to exchange the extra pillow from the closet for a different one because the one that was in the closet had a bad odor. My daughters had fun in the pool. Breakfast was good with several options. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Dirty rooms, pillowcases had several stains. Ants in bathroom. Hairdryer dirty. Staircase dirty. No response when I asked about early check in. Smelly fridge. Horrible experience. I didn’t complete my full stay. I checked out after seeing the condition and stayed at a different hotel. Was told the manager would reach out to me the next morning still haven’t heard anything back"
