6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The room was clean, parking was easy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The only issue I encountered was with the sink faucet. The faucet is not well matched to the size of the sink. The water stream is very narrow, and part of the water splashes onto the countertop instead of flowing directly into the sink. It would be great if this could be improved.

Stay was good but as I mentioned to the front desk the coffee maker was not cleaned out and the spare pillow in the closet smelled of pizza. Other than that we always enjoy our stay at this location.

This is a great hotel right next to Kinnick Stadium and the University of Iowa Hospitals. The entire staff were so friendly. I stayed during a snow storm so I could be close to the hospital where they were transferring my mom. The lobby bar/restaurant has great food and drink selections.
