If I had one very minor comment would be to supply cups for the kettle (rather than glasses), but this was a very minor issue and we purchased them cheaply and left in the room."

"Poor check in experience, room was not ready at agreed time. After a long drive with multiple young kids, this is an issue. Once the room was ready, the staff did not offer to help us to the room and did not help us with our bags. This is not like a hotel, more like an old age home. Room itself was clean but the common areas were filthy. I would not recommend this accommodation."
