"Very nice"

"The area was ok. There were some homeless hanging out in front digging in the trash. Was greeted nicely by front desk. The elevator is small and looks like it needs upgrades. The room I got smelled moldy or something. The refrigerator was making a weird noise that kind of interrupted my sleep. The bath tub had rust stains. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast selection was ok. If I was spending my time at the hotel I would have definitely been upset but I just used it to sleep there as I was visiting family in the hospital. I would not go back there again though. "

"The staff was excellent in the front and they approved my reservation on Expedia to be canceled as I needed. I had reserved a week out and I needed the room the moment I was there in the front. The manager booked the reservation for me that night and I had somewhere to stay without getting double booked. I will continue to stay here every weekend I come to San Antonio, Texas! "

"Overall it was ok not great but not bad the beds need updating sofa beds are not comfortable at all I would recommend anyone to use them as rest I would wish they had better water pressure and parking is not very good "
