"The staff was very accommodating when it came to really early check-in as Jay at the front desk was very professional and kind when i checked in, tbe room was very spacious and provided all commodities id need for my stay."

"For the amount of money I spent for a three‑day stay, I expected a much cleaner hotel and better‑maintained amenities. The lobby had a strong vinegar odor that was noticeable every time I walked through. While the staff themselves were wonderful and displayed true southern hospitality, the overall presentation of the room was disappointing. By day two, the room developed a strange smell, and several maintenance issues became impossible to ignore. The bathroom vent in Room 510 was extremely dirty with caked‑on dust, and the fan wasn’t working at all. Many of the metal finishes throughout the room were rusted, which added to the feeling that the space wasn’t being properly cared for. I was also charged $10 per day for parking, yet on the day I checked in, multiple cars in that same lot had been broken into and robbed. That did not make me feel secure about leaving my vehicle there. Because of local graduations and the short duration of my trip, relocating wasn’t an option. I also chose not to bring these concerns to the staff during my stay, as I felt doing so would leave me in a vulnerable position while I still had to sleep there for several more nights. Overall, the staff was kind, but the condition of the hotel did not match the price point or expectations."

"While the staff was polite and attempted to accommodate us by transferring us to another room, the overall condition of both rooms did not meet the expectations of a deluxe room. The furniture showed visible wear and damage, including torn cushions, chipped finishes, and heavily worn carpet that looked old and poorly maintained. The sheets also had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay feel less clean and comfortable. There were noticeable issues around the bathroom and flooring as well, with damage around edges and trim that gave the room an unfinished and neglected appearance. Unfortunately, the second room had many of the same problems as the first. For a deluxe room, I expected a cleaner, fresher, and much better-maintained space."

"They gave a combined room and the stay was horrible with the people next to us, arguing and loud and just annoying. The outside was trashy and the hotel room was very stinky. The bathroom door kept sticking and making old noises. The beds were comfortable but that place is just a place to lay your head, that’s it!!"
