The room was nice and clean and the staff was VERY polite. My wife and I would definitely stay with Intercontinental San Antonio IHG again

Hotel iteself was very nice, staff were very friendly and helpful but several homeless people around the area of the hotel. A block away saw someone defecating on the side of the street.
