However, I would be remiss not to give a specific shout out to Sarah in the International Lounge. She was so pleasant, and welcoming each night. We would definitely stay at the Washington Plaza again."

"I had an amazing experience during my stay. Mesfin Asfaha and the staff did an incredible job decorating the room—it truly exceeded my expectations and made the occasion feel special. The evening and night front desk team provided excellent service; they were professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The valet parking staff were also outstanding—quick, courteous, and efficient. On top of that, the room itself was very clean and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. "Spent five nights on our visit to Arlington mainly because of the hotels great location, close to transport and an array of dining & cafe options. Now I have to mention the wonderful interactions we had with both Ruth and Ashley at reception, they are absolute gems and great assets to the hotel. The room itself was on the fourth floor (408) it was close to the elevators but there were no noise issues either from elevators or other guests, the only noise issue was from the a/c unit, so we turned off the a/c whilst we were in the room and honestly it wasn’t required, the room temperature was perfect for us. The room had the usual spacious Hyatt Place layout and was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom is compact but clean & functional. Breakfast was the standard buffet you’d expect. Definitely the place to stay in Arlington. "

"Breakfast was better than most- with hot cakes, bacon, and eggs. Great location- we felt safe and we were close enough to DC to use ride share. We appreciated having the kitchen area in our efficiency room. "

"The entry way light was burnt out. The bathroom had a couple issues. The plumbing for the sink was loose but still worked. The toilet seat was also loose and moved around while in use. "

"Very nice place to stay a little shocking about the deposit for each night and the $40 breakfast which was not included in the room and the daily parking cost, but it was a very nice place to stay very comfortable. Nice people. "
