The evening and night front desk team provided excellent service; they were professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. "The canal had no water and we were disappointed because this was the reason we booked the hotel. It wasn’t what we expected but we ended up enjoying ourselves with the hotel being right in the midst of Georgetown. It was clean and tidy and very historic. The bed was comfortable. The room was kinda slanted due to its age but we got used to it!"
