"No lift. But the lady at the front desk with dark hair and bangs was absolutely delightful. As a woman traveling alone she made sure to let me know if I needed anything to reach out, didn’t say my room number out loud in case someone could over hear, and made sure to put me on second level. "

"Lovely and very friendly hosts. Breakfast plentiful. B&B is on the other side of the river. Short uber ride did the trick. Quiet location. Old newspaper building so has character. The hosts have been doing it up over the years. Parts of the B&B could do with a bit of updating (eg paintwork on doors), but most importantly it's clean and spacious. Bathroom was new. Very nice breakfast area. Had a lovely short stay. "

"Excellent location, staff were amazing, attentive, willing to go above and beyond in terms of service, the room was lovely and clean. I would highly recommend. My only criticisms are that the soap in the shower was clearly watered down. Also it would have been helpful to have been notified that there is a car park right next door to the hotel which is cheaper (even once the hotel discount is added) but much closer than the recommended Q-Park one and you don’t have to book it online. I forgot to...

"Ideally situated for us to get to the main attractions near by. Plenty of car parking spaces. Reception very helpful. My room was very spacious bed a bit on the hard side but there’s nothing like your own bed. Bathroom en-suite and both were immaculately clean. We ate at the hotel and that was also of a good standard. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and go out of their way to help. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom which although clean needed a refurb as there was mould all over the ceiling, a crack in the sink, etc. "

"Nice style hotel, good security and excellent soundproofing for such a central Location. Noisy aircon and no onsite breakfast options were the only negatives. "

"An average hotel in every way. First impressions were poor with staff drinks all around the reception desk. Quality of food from room service was average at best. Rooms were badly sound-proofed and could heard the tv from next door all night. Won’t be rushing back when there is so much choice around. "
