The best guest house
Tim couldn’t do enough for us the best guest house l have ever stayed in , the bed was so comfortable . The breakfast was exceptional a good choice and plenty if you wanted it . The tea and coffee choice was very good . The whole of our stay was exceptional 10/10

Beautiful, charming B+B
This is honestly the nicest B+B!! Spotlessly clean, perfect location (halfway up the hill between Bowness and Windermere) breakfast was lovely and lots of choice, beds were really comfy and there was tea/coffee/hot choc in the room along with mini fridge with fresh milk and bottled water.

Brilliant stay in Room 4. Tim & Vicki couldn’t do enough for you. Great breakfast (and flapjacks), 10 mins walk to Windermere and 15 to Bowness. Will definitely be back!

Relaxing and comfortable
Tim and his wife were very welcoming from the time we entered. We had a gorgeous room with a nice garden view and comfy bed. The shower was amazingly refreshing. My mum and I had a wonderful stay and made lots of memories and pictures. Thank you. Will definitely visit again with husband.
