"Convenient location in downtown Rotterdam. The bed was incredibly comfortable, but otherwise the room was bland."

"Loads of pros for this hotel! A new property and it shows in the modern design of the room and bathroom. Super clean which I really enjoyed. Our room also came with a balcony which was a lovely touch. Overall the cleanliness and aesthetics of the place was really amazing. It’s also super close to the bus stop (2 min walk) and pretty close to the train station (less than 10 mins) which made it super convenient for our early flight. There were a few noticeable things that made the service of the hotel not great. Small things such as they didn’t provide bins in the rooms nor did they have adapters for rent at reception. They also require a €50 fee to check in early even if the room is ready, which I’ve never encountered. Additionally breakfast was €18 pp but quite limited variety to what I’m used to. Don’t think it was worth the price. Overall I would stay again because the price isn’t bad and the area is super quiet but I wouldn’t come back if the price increased significantly."

"First member of staff who checked us in was pretty bad to be honest. They came across as if they really didn’t want to be there. I compared their attitude to the other staff and it was miles apart. Other staff where lovely and very good. Never found the swimming pool or spa area which was a shame as I wanted to use it"

"We had a great stay at Intercityhotel. The room was clean and spacious and was perfect for our girls weekend. We felt safe walking from the train station to the hotel even late at night. The hotel is very accessible to get any where in Amsterdam with transit, we didn't have to uber at all. The pathway to the train station does contain stairs, so something to keep in mind if you have accesibility needs, but not at all the hotel's fault. The bar staff was polite, and went above and beyond for our requests."
