The hotel was simple, but was everything I needed at that time. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had everything I needed, and the room was dark and excellent for sleep. Also, it’s right on the tram line, which was very convenient. If I had any criticism, the automatic nature of the place was a little confusing. My check-in didn’t work until one of the hotel staff just happened to walk by and was able to help me. But overall, it was a good stay, and if you’re looking for a clean, no-frills hotel, this is it.

Self check in hotel with no staff and only limited hours. Room was clean and had everything you need. All rooms are on ground floor with window to sidewalk. Was noisy at night when people returned to room late and tram is right out front so hear continually in room.

Very clean, comfortable stay. Didn't love the limited human interaction as this is a highly automated place with limited hours of service, but the gentleman from housekeeping was very nice. I do recommend the place for a clean, basic, affordable stay.

Basic hotel, effectively just a bed, a shower and a paid coffee machine in the lobby. Nothing cosy about it, but clean, safe and close to the tram line and restaurants on the beach.

Expedia didn't provide a door code and I was unable to access the property until another guest left - which isn't Fox's problem but consider booking directly! Rooms were clean and comfortable, shower got amazingly hot, and there's plenty of outlets and storage - including in the bathroom for the hairdryer and any hot tools. My only complaint was the inability to convince the HVAC to stay under 22*C but that may have just been my room's issue and was easy enough to just keep kicking back on. Multiple tram lines run out front with easy access to Den Haag Centraal, steps from the beach and all the bars and dining, pier, Legoland and SeaWorld. Short walk to Scheveningen's quaint shopping and close to a great playground with skatepark.

It is a modern hotel, rooms are equipped with functional A.C and tv, however spaces are a bit tight. Bathroom size is ok. Check in and check out with the on-site tablets was easy and intuitive.
