"There is no double glazing so bedrooms can be noisy at night if you are not used to traffic"

"Mum and I had a lovely one night stay at St Joseph’s by the Sea. It was quiet and felt secure, part of a spiritual retreat centre with an adjoining convent. Cleanliness and comfortable beds were perfect, and access worked well for my 94-year-old mum, with a wheelchair available too. It is an easy 10-15 walk to main shopping area of Williamstown and less than 1 minute to the waters edge. There was plenty of on street parking available when we stayed. We had a twin room which was roomy, with desk...

"Excellent facilities, spacious and clean with beautiful views of the ocean and lake with wildlife on your doorstep. You can enjoy a beach side pathed walk into Williamstown from the property."

"Exceptional hotel, enjoyed my stay immensely. Will stay there again and again and again!"

"The dryer didn't work my clothes were wet I didn't have any other clothes I had to wear wet clothes not happy"

"Such a nice place to stay, room was clean with everthing you need. 1 issue was there was a party happening and we could hear the music from our room. Horrible bass noise that didnt stop till 11pm. Told the front desk they couldnt do anything about it and said they would send up earplugs (we got cotton balls and q tips) not very helpful. So our relaxing night away was kinda ruined. If we were informed that this was happening when we check in I would have canceled the room and went somewhere...

"Everything was good except that heater was not working properly for 3 nights. We stayed here for 5 nights. Without that it would have been perfect. "

"The hotel was fully booked and some cleaning staff were on sick leave. We had to call them to clean up the room at 5 pm.! However, Ms.Pinky ( hotel manager) was very responsive and helpful. "

"It was a great accommodation with excellent views."

"Great location, staff & breakfast"
