Had opportunity to stay here during my birthday, sadly my room was at the entrance of the service lifts so those doors were constantly opening/closing/slamming during the day/night. Also the street below was having some construction in the pipes so only came to realise hours after checking in. Used earphones to try sleep it off. Place is in a good location and stayed twice here already. Would try it again hoping I won’t be near the staff service lifts.

The coffee shop was handy and the free ice cream for the kids an exciting benefit. We also loved the chocolate hour in the afternoons. The towels in our room were thick and felt new.
