We loved the location perfect for walking as well as access to public transportation. The apartment was plenty big and we appreciated having laundry access (and detergent) so we could do our washing in the middle of a long trip. Also very quiet in the building but plenty of city noise outside! Five stars

Size of the apartment was perfect, with the ability to close off the bedroom area if someone wanted to go to bed early. 2nd TV in bedroom also. Washing and drying facilities were a great bonus. Able to enjoy small lap pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Convenient for free trams to get about the city. Car Parking at the hotel was expensive but probably worth it for the access to the hotel, lifts and security. Booked this in advance.

The staff are very welcoming and make us feel right at home. We love the location, close to the trams and lots of great restaurants. We also appreciate the amenities as we like to work out in the gym and find the washer and dryer in the apartment very convenient. We always choose to stay here when we visit Melbourne and I can highly recommend this property.

Clean , small gym and pool on 15th floor that was often empty ! , although pool was supposed to be heated it was quite cool , erratic room cleaning times often ment not getting done , room view wasn't great overlooking heating vents , rooms were pretty clean with plenty of space, shower had low pressure , but overall was OK, certainly not a 4 star , area ok , close to everywhere really. Good enough at the right price but don't pay 4 star prices !

The location was fantastic. It’s a few blocks away from all the shopping and I can drop things off and go right back out immediately. The washer and dryer unit inside the apartment is a game changer. I can do laundry at my own convenience, especially after going on tours and being on zoo visits.

A lot to like about the place: location, mod cons, etc but I found the shower a bit lacking. It had a nozzle that didn’t adjust in any way, which had me very close to the wall to get underneath it because of the way it was mounted. The pressure and spray pattern were great either. But overall, great stay - good sized rooms, washer and dryer in the room, 2 TVs. No major complaints.
