"Nice room. However room service neglected to refresh the coffee service. Also we really looked forward to a swim after an afternoon baseball game and went to swim but were told we could not because a private party was planned for that space. We feel a major amenity was denied us and that is very disappointing. "

"Don’t know till I was checking in that they charge 5 a night for parking. I reserved through a third party app that said parking was free. I also am now looking at my bill wondering why I was charged more than what the third party app said. "

"There was no hot water and the water stream was very weak. The room and grounds were in disrepair. The bed was clean and it was comfy, which was good. And the staff was very friendly and competent, which also was good."

"The parking was only in the front of the place, the outside of the building is in very poor condition, we checked in because we were shown great photos of the inside but once inside it was not clean, the floors were dirty, sheets had holes and blood stains, then we had a man knocking asking for his belongings out of our room. The people next to us were outside smoking different things that continued to come into our ac and room. People live there all the time and are on drugs. No pool no snack machines. It was the worst I’ve ever experienced! Never will return or recommend this place and the lady in the office when checking in was very nice but the next day the lady was very rude! Because our key would never continue to work and she said that wasn’t her problem. Very very very poor staff and conditions!! "
