Staff wasn’t very accommodating or helpful towards individuals that need handicap accessibility. Room service was non existent to clean and maintenance the room. We stayed 4 nights and the room was only cleaned once and refurnished with fresh towels only once even after a request. I Definitely didn’t feel like my stay there was money well spent.
