It had everything you needed & a super cute apartment. Clean & conveniently located. Loved checking in from an email & just picking up the key. Checkout was just leave the key on the counter. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean, and safe area to stay! I stayed while completing my clinicals at a local hospital. Near freeways and lots of stores. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if I ever return to Florida.

Personally this was not the place for me. It is an apartment community and the upstairs neighbors were incredibly loud both nights. The master bath stunk like urine but thankfully there was a second bathroom so we used that but it wasn't very clean either. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Lots of restaurants right next to it which was convenient. Other apartments in the community might be fine but I would not recommend 4309.
