"The start was excellent, friendly and helpful. The location was great (close to the palace and public transportation). We visited in Spring, the weather was cold outside but the temperature in the rooms was set too high, we could not seem to get it lowered in the room."

The only downsides would be that the air conditioning wasn’t very efficient; even on the coldest setting we were overheating at night. The other downside is that the toilet rolls were a little thin and found there was not enough supplied for 3 days."

"This was an absolutely unacceptable experience, and the hotel’s behavior was by far the worst part of it. I had to cancel my trip because of the war in the Middle East—something serious, dangerous, and completely outside of my control. Any reasonable business would show basic understanding in that situation. This hotel did the exact opposite. They flat-out refused to refund anything or offer even the smallest accommodation. No credit, no rescheduling, nothing. Just a cold, scripted response hiding behind “policy” with zero regard for safety or common sense. It honestly felt like they cared more about keeping my money than about treating customers fairly during a real-world crisis. While Expedia was also unhelpful and simply echoed the hotel’s stance, the hotel itself was the main problem. Their attitude was rigid, dismissive, and frankly greedy. Hospitality is supposed to involve at least some level of empathy—this place showed none. If this is how they treat customers during serious global events, I can’t imagine how they handle everyday issues. I would strongly warn anyone considering this hotel: book at your own risk, because if anything goes wrong, don’t expect fairness, understanding, or even basic decency—you will likely just lose your money. "

"I wanted cool air. It stayed hot throughout the night. If I open a window, it becomes cold. So, I spent an uncomfortable night. There was only set of Pillows and Comforter. Not sufficient. Did not want to ask reception for extra - should have been provided automatically considering the cost that was charged. Towels were small size (70*130). Just one bath towel, one hand towel. No coffee maker in the room. Coffee was available in the common area. Glass bath. Lucky that I stayed alone. Not for family or friends unless you want some exposure. Not worth the money."

"Excellent location just a 5–6 minute walk to all main public transportation stops like Wien Westbahnhof. The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful, especially the kitchen team and the Front Office. A comfortable stay overall with good service and easy access to the city."

"I really liked the design of the hotel, unfortunately sometimes it lacked functionality. It was not possible to lock your room when inside, the AC was not working in the room, it was extremely hot, stuffy (and it was in March) the receptionist advised us to open the window, with the promise of sending maintenance the next day. Nobody came though. The check-in process was tedious, I do not understand why the agent does not write down all your personal details into the system, instead the guest has to do it on an tablet as the agent is just watching you. The check-in process was anything but smooth. The bed was really comfortable, nice linens, large and working Smart TV with Chromecast. On the other hand I found a bobby pin and a hair band in the shower next to the shower gel, the dust was visible on some surfaces. There is no telephone in the room, so you have to go down every time when you have a problem. When it comes to the location, it is quite central, but also with many homeless people on its vicinity, drunk people drinking at 7 AM on Sunday."
