Our wine tasting was great, with a friendly and engaging member of staff. All the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Gloria was absolutely amazing, exceptionally helpful and friendly."
"We had a bit of a service complaint on the first night but the hotel fixed it and more than made up for it. The location is great, easily accessible to underground, tram as well as hop-on hopoff tours. It is 10 mins walk from the main museums. The morning breakfast, should you opt in, also has a good variety. "
