Overall acceptable, nothing is outstanding or wanting to return to this hotel again.
If your room is facing the street, it’s a a bit noisy. The room is a bit small compared to what I usually stay when i visit EU counties. We didn’t get breakfast at the hotel, because there are many other options near by. It’s centrally located close to most of what you want to see in Vienna.

Had an excellent stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One of our party was gluten free and breakfast staff had gluten free bread and cereals prepared every morning without requesting.
