"We’ve stayed here twice now. Easy to access and conveniently located to restaurants, fast food, gas and groceries. Most of all it’s only 10 minutes away from the entrance to the Smokies and the Blue Ridge Parkway."

"Everyone was super nice 😊"

"Cool little escape off a private road - unexpected for the humble surroundings - great details like a steam shower. Pristine property"

"We found the cabin to be a restful spot. Hot tub waa nice. "

"The property had been remodeled. There was no shampoo or body wash, only a small round bar of soap in the room. However when I called the front desk they were prompt solving problem. The sheets on the bed were stretch fitted sheets and kept pulling off of the lumpy bed"

"Was not allowed to get the room I wanted with a balcony. I was told that I had to request that ahead of time. I never had to before and I have stayed there at least 5 times. The room they put us in smelled of smoke. They moved us to a different room. It also smelled of smoke but not as bad. Room was dingy. The included "breakfast" was coffee and prepackaged muffins. They have a nice space for an actual breakfast but they don't use it."

"The property was well maintained and having a balcony near the river was great. Unfortunately, road noise was an issue and the 2 Queen beds were too firm."

"Great stay for a trip with my friends and I. The only hotel with rooms that had 3 beds which is what accommodated our needs. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Check out the Oconaluftee Islands Park across the street if you get a chance. The bamboo forest is so pretty. I’d definitely stay here again."

"Great stay!! Staff and breakfast was great!"

"Good mix of the historic with some modern upgrades. Parking can be a little bit challenging, especially at dinner time."

"Disappointing Stay – Bugs in the Hotel Room I was very disappointed with the condition of my hotel room. I found ladybugs and ants on the ceiling, floor, and curtains. I took several photos as evidence. Finding insects throughout the room was unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. I expected a clean, well-maintained room, but this experience fell short of my expectations. Hotel management should take pest control and room inspections more seriously. I would not recommend...

"Everything was clean and nice. Very convenient location."

"Staff was very rude told me no more rooms were available. I then went to the parking lot and booked with no problem. Then she wanted to act nice and apologize."

"no"

"Very clean and well kept"

"Our stay was for two nights. The room was clean and fresh. The staff at the desk was courteous and very helpful as we checked in. The cleaning staff was prompt and did an excellent job. The breakfast room was well supplied with many options. The only problem was that there was no elevator to the second floor and my wife who has knee problems had to climb up and down the stairs."

"A large, immaculate room & bathroom. Even the carpet was so clean, it appeared to be new. The pillows would conform to my neck and head. The mattress was very comfortable. The sheets were soft and comfortable. The sink & vanity were outside the bathroom, so I could brush my teeth while my husband showered. There was gorgeous scenery of trees & the rivers to sit and enjoy. Everyone was helpful and very nice. Also, it was quiet. Love Two Rivers Lodge!"
