"I can only say that the owners are not interested in investing in this property to do any upgrades. We go every year. Its sad to see that it's degrading. Dirty carpets on the stairs, hallways, rooms. Dirty walls and windows. Old shower heads and leaking water in the bathroom. Some rooms have been upgraded , but very few from what I understood when talking to other people staying there. Many disappointed.
Unkept pools (which is so sad bc the water is so great). Ripped pool chairs. The restaurant is decent, but nothing worth to stay in to eat more then once. Staff is nice... I ll give it another try next year, but I ll have to start looking somewhere else when going to Indian wells tennis tournament every year ...

"1st the electronic door key for our 1st room would not open the door. Spoke with Mangr, we got new key- it didn’t work either. I asked “ do you have another room, got new room and the key didn’t open the door!! Mangr opened door w/ super key, we put our stuff in the room & went to eat. Mangr was to be there when we returned- He wasn’t & we had to wait in the car for 30 min to open the door!!
The room was very sparse: No microwave no extra blankets no amenities…. Room very shabby remodel ceiling looked like coming down, bath door would stick & not open-we had to yank it open!!
I WANT A REFUND OR AT LEAST 50% discount!!

"Really disappointed in the service from the girls. They couldn’t even tell people when food got delivered. They stayed in the office 90% of the time. We really didn’t appreciate the music at 2am when everybody is in their rooms sleeping and I couldn’t even hear our tv. Ear plugs did nothing. Also it is advertised as clothing optional but that is not the case at all. Just disappointed to spend that much money on mediocre service, crappy stale food and a jacuzzi that was not that warm and needed water added. Music was also not good. Overall just a ok experience, we won’t be back. "
