"We really enjoyed the place. The amenities are so clean amd the unit we got was nice amd comfortable. The acs were working properly. We give them a 10."

"This was not my first stay at Azure Palm Hot Springs. I returned for the peaceful atmosphere, mineral pools, and the chance to relax in a quiet oasis. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel and grounds were clean and well maintained. However, some guests made it impossible to relax. In the salt room, guests wore such strong perfume that I could no longer comfortably stay there. Around the pool, people had loud phone...

"Very quiet. Adult only. Plenty of chairs, tables, and even day beds to lounge around. Nice deco. Large mineral water whirl pool. Owners manage the property. No front desk staff available at night but reachable via phone on emergency (ie. locked yourselves out)😅 Breakfast was OK. Wish more varieties or at least changes from time to time."

"Staff"

"The environment is relaxing. There is 1 jacuzzi, 1 pool and a few saunas. The amenities are available 24 hours. They also have complimentary breakfast in the morning (bagels, yogurts, oatmeal) along with coffee, water, tea, and hot cocoa. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and would come back again, even if it’s just for the day pass."

"I booked this place For my parents for the weekend, they absolutely loved it ! It was very clean , amenities up to date , room was very clean, kitchen clean bathroom. The staff and owners extremely nice, friendly and attentive. The pool was very well maintained and clean . They would definitely come back again . 10/10"

"Only problem was with housekeeping bringing unpaid guest and a child to enjoy all the amenities that was only required for paying adults.. Showed up and accessed my room to only find housekeeping staying in what was suppose to be my room. Wine, used towels, bed unmade. Thought it was a double booked room then found out it was the maid staying in the room that was booked to me. Very unprofessional"

"Great stay, as always!"

"It’s was super relaxing! The room was nice and clean! Nice staff! Wonderful friendly environment! "

"Great place to stay!"

"The stay was horrible from start to departure. The hotel is old and next to a dirt field, when we were checking in they said that they had parking, resort fees, and an elevated room charge. Kids we’re running on the balcony, we called front desk, but nothing was done. We haven’t endured a stay this bad ever; so happy to leave!"

"Check in very easy and Damaris (receptionist) very nice."

"Im over it."

"We previously attempted to communicate directly with the property manager about our concerns, but didn’t receive any response. Below are the issues we experienced: During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication); Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid); All nightstands dusty and dirty; Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest...

"Super friendly and accommodating team! Property is well maintained and offers a good breakfast."
