The rooms are very dated, carpet is stained and room had a funky smell. Luckily we spent most of our time at Joshua Tree hiking and using the hot spring pools, which were very relaxing. The restaurant onsite had amazing food and prices and staff was friendly.

I gave them 5 stars because this hotel is the best value I have come across in years. Beautiful 7 pools to soak in odorless mineral hot spring water. Lovely Italian restraunt with great food. I don't know how they stay in business with the low prices they charge. wonderful full service spa. the best massage of my life. A little run down but I will put up with that for the affordability.

It was great! I was there 9 days, and I did not want to go back to bitter cold Tennessee. The pools are perfect, and the rooms are very clean. The staff focus on serving the guests, and they strive to make sure you enjoy your stay!
