"David is a saint! It was like staying with family if family isn't overbearing or meddlesome. And it's a super comfy bed. The location is about 10-15 minute walk into town center or the entrance to the Chalice Well or footpath up the Tor. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Great location. Good facilities…"

"The staff were very helpful and clearly took pride in their work. Clean, comfortable bed and a nice It’s clearly an old pub and the room also had a lot of character which was a refreshing change from the tendency nowadays to make everything the same. Very nice breakfast with very friendly staff."

"This hotel was good value for money. The restaurant was closed in the evening when I stayed, so I had to go out for a meal, but the receptionist made good recommendations for places I could go. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable."

"We had a lovely warm welcome from our lovely host who was so helpful and made us feel at home . It is a cosy , peaceful ,homely place with good vibrations . It was great to have the use of a shared kitchen, to cook a meal anytime! We helped ourselves to a continental breakfast and enjoyed the peaceful dining area overlooking the Tor! The Old Manor House is conveniently situated for easy access to all areas around Axbridge, Weston-super-Mare and Burnham on Sea and is reasonably priced. It provided us with a large and very comfortable family room, with plenty of space, the usual coffee/tea facilities, a mini fridge - with fresh milk available from the downstairs lobby - and a lovely en suite shower room. Downstairs, we did not use the...

"Met our hosts they were very welcoming when we arrived. Our room was very clean and comfortable, our daughter was travelling with us she had a small room next to us. The next morning we had a full English breakfast also cereal and toast if you wanted it. I must mention the back garden like something from a gardening magazine, with a beautiful large pond and water feature."

"It was located in a quiet historic village. The room was nice . Comfy bed , nice shower and bathroom. An Excellent full breakfast! And all for a very good price! 🙂"

"Attending a wedding there. Stayed there for 3 days. Room was clean. Staff were excellent. Good breakfast unfortunately, the room had no air conditioning being downstairs. You had to be careful about leaving the window open, would we stay there again? Yes"

"The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, this farm is a fabulous escape and more ! The lodge was clean and well equipped and had the added luxury of a hot tub. We didnt try the axe throwing or the archery but we will be back so who knows"

"Such a great stay at the hideaway. The accommodation and views were stunning. Had such a warm welcome from the hosts and the breakfast and attention to detail just made it that bit more special. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back and stay again "
