"This hotel is very conveniently located to enjoy the Stanley Park and English Bay Area. Easy to rent bikes, walk, and many restaurants. It can be noisy on the street side but that comes with the territory. You can choose a room on the back side for quieter experience. The rooms are spacious!! Great choice to enjoy Vancouver area."

"The property and description on the website do NOT match the property. The air condition doesn’t work properly. The building is old and smelled moldy. The neighborhood that the property is located is surrounded by a highly intensive environment of drug users. If you were planning to walk (any direction) it is NOT advised especially with children. There is NO elevator for anyone that would need physical assistance. There is no concierge service. The staff were friendly."

"It was a basic room no frills. The staff were very nice and helpful. Close to Horse shoe bay terminal. It suited us for one night only. The resto attached was not very good and prices were high. Not impressed with the resto ."

"Fine for 1 night. Breakfast lacked fresh fruit but was otherwise fine for a continental. FYI parking is underground 6’7 height allowance. Thankfully we were able to squish behind another large vehicle outside the hotel."

"BLOOD stains on sheets, had to ask for extra bedding to remake bed myself. Lots of guest having issues. Eddy and Krishna are con artist running bait and switch deals. Telling guest that shuttles are $20 cash per person to cruise port. Take the train it is cheaper and more dependable. Hotel is dirty, run down, and in need of repair.Sink leaked on floor in room. All in all do not book here."

"Great overall, the only two things we didn't love were the lack of parking. We barely had a real stall, but made it work. The other issue was the to go coffee lids were a pain in the but to fit the cups. They really don't fit well. Minor issue over all but was a little frustrating at the time. The great coffee made up for that though! ;) Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Had a great view of grouse mountain. A nice touch is a hand written letter from the general manager.
