I like that my Kids and I weren’t not worried about security as the Hotel was located at a busy area. The staff were very friendly polite and helpful. We have stayed at this hotel over 6 times already and there’s a reason why we keep coming back! The hotel is at the prime location in Burnaby close to restaurants, shops, public transportation and has a skybridge to the Metrotown Mall! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend signing up for their rewards program. Rooms are comfortable and true to their description. Amenities and the buffet breakfast are also great! Looking forward to coming back and staying with Holiday Inn Metrotown in the near future!

The location was amazing; It was right next to the metrotown skytrain which is a 15 minute ride to Science World in Downtown Vancouver. There's a Tim Horton's a couple of doors down if you wanted to start your day off with an iced cappuccino.

Our experienced with Holiday Inn Express Metrotown is very pleased and relaxed. The room is clean and spacious for 4 people with 2 double beds that is comfortable. The toilet is clean and the toiletries is readily available upon arrival, towels are enough for 4 persons. Shower and bath tub is clean and water temperature is good. Breakfast is very good and staff breakfast is helpful. My son is very pleased and glad to have him used the gym facility and the indoor pool. Overall I recommend that Holiday Inn Express Metrotown exceed all my concerns and expectations during our stay. Good work from the entire team and keep it up.
