"I stayed in a basic room, glad I was solo because the bathrooms (both shower and toilet) were almost see though and the toilet door didn’t close properly. The breakfast option didn’t look great so I just bought some snacks instead. There’s no coffee/tea in the room but you can ask at the store and they are free. Overall, I had a great stay, the view from my room was great, and I really enjoyed the restaurant. "

"Excellent hot breakfast with lots of variety and good coffee. Underground parking included. Rooms nicely renovated and decorated. Staff very helpful and courteous. Excellent value. Sidenote: close proximity to Foothills Medical Centre and the hotel offers hospital rates. ***The building is undergoing renovations so the indoor pool wasn't available but arrangements were made with a neighboring hotel to make their pool available."

"We had a fun stay at this accommodation. It was a perfect location to be in, close to downtown, amenities, Hwy 1 going to west or Banff. Kids and family had a fun time playing in the set up of the basement, with the games and rooms were decent size and clean. Host was easy to communicate with and all was ready when you check in. "Love the option for underground parking with keycard access. Love this hotel- we have stayed there previously and it is great. Staff was great. Decent breakfast. Pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. Pool floor is a bit abrasive but not a huge deal- just use caution! Rooms are clean and updated, beds comfy. "
