"Staff were not easy to talk to and they were “busy”!"

"We like the Hyatt but the beds were so uncomfortable. They looked older and over used. There were questionable stains on the wall. We ran into an issue with parking for valet. The hotel adjusted this. Great location for walkable restaurants. We do like the location and the amenities they offered like the washing machine and the little market. It was just not a great sleep for us."

Although I did not except the room to be as little as it was and the bed to be as small as it was too. It also took 20 minutes for the water to warm up either in the sink or the shower. "Location worked very well for our needs. Location was a bit sketchy but we came across zero issues with the neighborhood. Room wasn’t perfect and could have been a little more clean as there was a dirty rag on the floor and the bed sheets/pillows had some questionable stains. Best New Subs across the street was delicious and worth stopping by. Keep in mind all amenities, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge areas are all shared spaces. Doors to the rooms could have been more secured with deadbolts."
