"My fifteen year old daughter and I were visiting Chicago for her introduction to Big City life. We couldn’t have had a more perfect stay at Level. The staff were so friendly and my daughter commented that they made it feel like we were coming home each afternoon and evening. The amenities are over the top. An ideal place to both work and play. "Very close to Clinton blue line if you plan on taking public transportation. Quiet hotel with roof top pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was how tight the bathroom was. For a family you couldn’t fit more than one in the bathroom to get ready at once. "
"Our family of 4 stayed at the one bedroom apt. for 6 nights. The space is very spacious for 4 of us. King bed was very comfortable. Sofa bed was ok, cannot expect too much from a foldable sofa bed. Love the area with dining options and markets. Transportation is great, one block from train station and many local buses in the area. One little problem was the water pressure from shower was a little weak with leakage. Otherwise, we loved our stay. Very comfortable."
"It was very easy to get in and the interior was clean and beautiful. However, I had trouble sleeping in my bed (very little to no airflow in the bedroom) and would suggest bringing a bedside fan if you stay here in the summer. Otherwise our stay turned out great!"
