"I loved my stay at this hotel. A large part of my trip was visiting restaurants in the west loop and this hotel was the perfect location for that! Just a short walk to Restaurant Row. The staff were so delightful and helpful! Shoutout Felicia and Debbie! The balcony was a lovely touch and free luggage storage after we checked out was very easy and helpful! Also, the restaurant on site was a surprise delight! Loved all the food and the staff and the coffee!!"

"BEST VIEW RIGHT HERE! Be sure to choose the skyline view. MAYA at the front desk was SOOO SWEET! First time in Chicago with my teen daughter. Everything was walking distance or (scooter/bike ride) if it was too cold, we took Lyft. Lyft was about ($8-$12) to get anywhere. Small cafe for snacks and grab to go stuff. Beautiful bar with a view & restaurant. The room had taken out their fire detectors but it wasn’t an inconvenience. The rooms have thick walls so you can’t even hear anyone outside....
