"It was quite a disappointing trip to Sahara. We specifically picked Sahara hotel because the advertised they here newly renovated gym and referred to as as the state of art fitness facility. When we try to use the gym we found out that the gym was completely closed and the message given to us by the staff was at this gym is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. They also mentioned that there is another gym in the other tower that we could visit so after figuring out how we could actually enter the other elevator using a different card and spending about 30 minutes debating with the front desk staff about this issue we were able to go to the gym just to find out the gym was completely rundown with lots of broken equipment out of eight treadmills only two of them are functional. The rowing machine was completely broken. The cable machines two out of three were broken with the cable being snapped. The benches were broken at the head, rest section or on the torso area. There was a lack of adequate amount of weights. The wipes were not refilled and many more issues basically that Jim was not useful not to mention that we paid extra to stay at the Alexandria Tower for their so-called newly renovated gym and we ended up having to go to another tower for the gym that was not even have functional"

"Nothing fancy but we were on the first floor so easy access in and out. "

"It’s very hard to find any staff if you are staying in the hotel except at registration area, that too if you stay in the huge line …rooms didn’t feel clean."

"The check- in was a nightmare. The express self check-in line wrapped around the entry of the check in area. The regular check in was also a very long line. We waited over 1 hr. For the express self in. Only 2 if the 8 machines were working. No postings of info of this problem until you got up the the machines, no staff was helping with a solution with the check in machines. I would think when you have a large number of people waiting in your lobby you would work on helping the lines move quicker. Panet Hollywood should know they have large numbers of people checking in daily they should be more prepared when machines go down and have back up plans in place or how about someone inform guests what the delay is. Your excited to get to your destination after traveling only to find your wait in line is now longer than the airport wait. The hotel itself was nice and clean."

"THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. THE BEDS WERE HORRIBLE. NO IN-ROOM COFFEE POT AND NO SHOWER CURTAIN ON A STANDING SHOWER, THE FLOOR GOT FLOODED EVERYTIME. THE CASINO ITSELF WAS VERY NICE AND VERY CLEAN. LOVED THE OUTDOOR HABITAT WITH THE TURTLES, DUCKS, FLAMINGOS AND KOI FISH. LOVED THE PELICAN AND GOT TO SEE A HUMMINGBIRD. THE FOOD COURT WAS NICE, A LITTLE PRICEY BUT NICE. WE ATE AT JOHNNY ROCKETS EVERY MORNING FOR BREAKFAST."
