"Our room was dirty and run down. We paid for a deluxe queen and had a strange setup with a bunk bed and a mirror over one of the beds. The view was a dingy parking lot. The facilities are outdated and rundown. We were initially charged more than we should have been for resort fees and then charged for extra parking because the key cards wouldn’t let us out so had to use parking tickets. "
