"Staff friendly, room clean, bed comfortable, and bathroom clean!"

"Very clean room, great staff. Well stocked kitchen and a wonderful breakfast, many choices."

"The cozy charm."

"The hotel was good for the money. Location was pretty far from the downtown of Newport."

"veryclean"

"The property is beautiful, the staff helpful and the rooms clean albeit small with no refrigerator but located in walking distance to shops and the wharfs which was nice. However, no breakfast available on the premises. The Italian restaurant located on the premises was not accommodating at all when we arrived tired and hungry. The hostess was incredibly rude."

"arrived early, was told room not ready, about an hour wait. Ok, no problem. came back 2.5 hours later, past check-in time at this point (3:30) and room still not ready. AC/heating unit not working. AC running full blast, not able to turn down or off all day/night. No other room to switch to, no maintenance person came."

"Convenient location"

"Would definitely stay there again"

"Great location. Easy walk to the beach and many restaurants. Quiet side street if in the suites building. Staff was very helpful. Cons: Unsecured elevator in suites building. The lobby is on the second floor and they don't see who is coming and going. The bottom of our door was 2 or 3 inches from the floor. Very unsafe and annoyingly bright/loud. A towel solved some of it but still wasn't great. Pool was in other building so had to walk across road. The beds were just okay and room was clean...

"Beautiful location. Excellent breakfast."
