"Nice property. The staff was great."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location. Restaurants and shops in walking distance. Easy commute to historic district in Charleston. All rooms are oceanfront. Beautiful and easy access to the beach. Small balcony, bring your own camping chairs to sit on it. The hotel is a little dated. We didn’t like rooms not being painted and freshening up scratches . You had to wait until almost 5 pm before cleaning staff came to replace towels make beds. ...

"Enjoyed my stay"

"This was our second stay here. The first visit left a favorable impression, in part due to exceptionally helpful and friendly breakfast staff. This second visit, however, was disappointing. The freezer in the mini fridge was severely frosted over. The room door would not always automatically lock...

"Overall, this is a pretty good hotel. It was kept up nicely and fairly clean. My issue is that I don't like places where I can hear people walking on the floor above me or it is so easy to hear people talking as they walk down the hall, and this hotel has both those issues and there's nothing they can do to fix those issues now that the place has been built. "The Lobby and downstairs was beautiful our room was very clean except the carpet was dirty and had large bumps where carpet did not lay down and was a fall risk."

"Wonderful property, great amenities, very easy to get to with great parking"

"The location was perfect. The hotel has parking, we parked the car and walked everywhere. The breakfast had many choices. The room was clean and bed was comfy. I’d definitely stay there again."

"Great stay. Close by to everything."

"I stayed in room 450. It looked clean but it smelled like urine and mildew. The hallway also smelled old and musty."
