Room was clean and the staff was very friendly and accomdating. The reason for a good not excellent rating is air conditioning issues. We moved from the first room due to a very noisy a/c unit. Our second room's a/c kept turning off before reaching the desired temperature. Woke up sweating 2 of our 4 nights. Better maintenance is suggested. Thank you.

Great hotel!

Great hotel, friendly service, welcome goodie bags at check in. Clean and roomy. 10-15 minute drive away from everything we wanted to see in Charleston.

Property was overall very good. Room was nice and clean. Hallway carpets need a good cleaning...pretty soiled/stained. Breakfast was good overall but I love waffles and the super sweet pecan and sugar waffles were not. Wish they would offer regular as well. Also needed was more luggage carts. 2 was the most that I saw on site the entire stay. All in all everything there was good and I would definitely consider staying there again.
