"An excellent quiet property showing a little wear just around the edges. Comfortable bed and nice heater for crisp October. Adequate continental breakfast. While the outdoor pool as obviously closed at the end of October, one wonders why the indoor pool was too. Ogunquit is, sorry, a nothing destination, as is Wells. Go to Kennibunkport."

"The Inn is clean and the beds are comfortable, but it was very noisy; Toddlers should never be placed on the second floor! The breakfast was disappointing. Overall, overpriced."

"The rooms were smelly and the floors dirty."

"The room was super clean, so much so that I left a tip for the maid. The parking lot was clean. And one thing I really liked was that there was a trash can on the second floor so that we could dump food, trash and not have to go far from our rooms."

"Great location, big room, many amenities and comfortable beds."

"Upon arrival at the hotel I was not happy with the condition of the room. It didn’t look as it was shown on line when booking. It was indeed very clean but the furniture is extremely old and it didn’t appear to be “ modernized and updated “ as advertised. I asked for a better room and was pleasantly reassigned to another. ( it was marginally better) we stayed anyway and it was super quiet and clean. I’m glad I didn’t pay much for the room. I probably would not return."
