The staff was kind and helpful, and the room was clean. The entire building could use some updating- the walls were cracked in some places, paint was peeling, the mirror in the bathroom was rusted at the bottom, the sink was cracked and the toilet wasn't attached to the floor.

The hotel halls had a smell, but the room was clean and had no smell. It was kind of loud and you could hear people in the neighboring rooms in the bed truly needs to be replaced that mattress head intense from people laying in there over the years and the springs were poking out. If it wasn’t for the horrible mattress, I’d be more than happy to stay there again.

The place is okay. Compared to similar places we booked for our trip, it is pricey for the room. The mattresses need to be replaced. Overall, it was okay. The staff was very friendly. There was too much smoke mixed with paint fumes. It serves its purpose for a quick stay.

The room was clean. The door to the bathroom was hard to close. We had a medical emergency on the morning we were to check out and when we came back 45 minutes before 11 our cards didn't work so we had to go back to the lobby. A minor inconvenience but when you're not feeling well it felt very unnecessary.

The motel was clean and quiet. It smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke though. The staff were helpful. The coffee was weak with non dairy creamer. It is convenient to downtown. Overall a decent motel for a reasonable rate.

Very clean, most of the staff was very friendly. Someone decided to shoot fireworks off in the parking at 10:30. P.m. on the 3rd of July. The situation was resolved quickly. The room was smaller than anticipated for the 2 of us, but it was clean and well maintained. Ample parking and close to everything.

Nice location, and friendly staff. Mattress was lumpy, though, and walls are paper thin. Bench in shower could not be hooked to wall even though hook was there for it, so space in shower was limited. Non smoking facility but you can smell that rule is not followed.

The hotel is in a great area with plenty of nearby stores and restaurants, including Chick-fil-A, McDonald’s, supermarkets, Marshalls, and TJ Maxx. The staff were nice, and check-in was easy and hassle-free. I also appreciated that there was no security deposit required and no credit card needed for security. Being able to pay with cash is a big plus, especially for families or travelers on a budget. However, there were several issues with the room. My room had an open vent in the ceiling, hanging smoke detectors, and a patch on the wall. The floor was very dirty and clearly needed a deeper cleaning. The beds could use an upgrade, and the blanket was very thin, so a heavier blanket would have been appreciated. The heat in my room was also not working. I notified the front desk, and I was told that maintenance would come check it. I had to leave the room for an event, so I’m not sure whether maintenance came by, but when I returned, the heat still was not working. There was also no iron or ironing board in the room. Overall, there are some definite positives, especially the convenient location, friendly staff, easy check-in, cash payment option, and no security deposit. However, the cleanliness, room maintenance, heating, and overall condition of the room need significant improvement.
