"I did the reserve by expedía they was very explicit $167 total by night taxes included, but the hotel charged me 167+ taxes + parking($20) = $200"

"Everything was great BUT, why is there no food options! We got out of a concert and had to wonder the neighborhood :("

"Clean, convenient and friendly staff"

"Good location in downtown Orlando with a good staff."

"The staff is wonderful and very attentive. It would be nice to have a free breakfast buffet. The hotel has lots of nice amenities"

"The valet desk was empty and cars were parked blocking the entrance. The areas at the entrance were not clean, The room was clean but very dated, open electrical panel, flush was not working well. The beds were comfortable and it served the purpose as the room was big, as we had a pet with us. Overall not the best stay."

"Very nice place"

"Great place to stay in Orlando. The crowd changes if it is a weekday or a weekend, but it is much better than staying closer to the parks as it is quieter and fewer children are there. Room was very well equiped and the stadd was really friendly."

"Todo estuvo perfecto"

"Very little lighting in room"

"Comfy bed nice room but no coffee making facilities in the room and downstairs had no teabags the night we were there or the morning we left, we did ask behind the desk and he kindly offered us one of his own ginger lemon bags. Left our car there to go away for 4 nights and got the handy shuttle both ways which saved a lot of time and money."
