"Honestly didn't expect much going in, but this place won me over pretty quickly. Rooms were bigger than I anticipated, everything was clean, and the whole experience just felt comfortable and easy. The staff really made the difference though. Everyone was helpful, but Tyreke at the front desk was a standout - super friendly and genuinely went out of his way to be informative. That kind of hospitality is hard to come by and doesn't go unnoticed. Didn't make it to the pool or the Splash Bar this time but saw other guests getting good use out of both — definitely on the list for next time. Would come back without hesitation. Solid value all around."

"It was very basic and seemed very outdated! I did not enjoy the stay at all ! The rooms were small and the bathroom was horrid and terribly small! "

"The room itself seemed clean, but there was something on the toilet seat that I wiped off with a Clorox wipe I had in my bag. There was also a fake fingernail on the floor in front of the tub. "

"Very clean room but halls could’ve used a vacuum! Also since it’s a bit of an older hotel we had to use a noise machine. Beds were VERY comfy and the location is great!!!"

"This is an excellent option for anyone wanting to stay in the Disney Springs area. The amenities are nice, the free breakfast and happy hour are extensive and tasty. The fact that they don’t charge a resort fee is a major plus. If you don’t want to stay on a Disney property, this is an outstanding option!"
