"Sound-proofing not good. I could still hear conversations in the early hours of the morning. When I awoke the next day at 06.45, the talking was still audible.
I stayed at this hotel to be close to my work in Chelmsford. The breakfast was good but a 07.00 start would be better, especially for the next few years while the new Gallows Corner is being built."

"I was extremely surprised. This was a hidden gem! I was surprised it was equipped with all amenities; kettle, toaster, microwave, dining seating as well as a 2-ring stove. A really lovely accommodation, we were taken aback. The property owner was lovely, pleasant and friendly, he really took the time to show us where everything was. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future."
