"Room was clean but the bathroom was out of shampoo and shower gel. Elevator control box was missing screws cuz of which it was so loose and wiggling. Ample parking available at all the time. Breakfast was available but being a Muslim very limited options. Pool was out of order all our stay"

"The hotel is clean really close the airport. I guess the only thing I have to say I didn’t like was the toilet is too low. "

"The room was clean, ALL staff were super friendly. The bartenders were attentive to their customers and nice. The staff in the cafeteria such as Isabel was so professional about her cooking and presenting the plate of food I requested when it came to “choose your style” for eggs. Also this was my second time choosing this hotel because my first experience was also great!!"

"Staff was excellent. Room and public areas where very clean. The breakfast was fine. The hotel itself is a bit dated. The heater/cooling device in the room was very loud. The chlorine smell was noticeable. Next time get a room away from the center of the building near the elevators."

"The room was decent enough, but it was not checked very well before booking. There was no shower curtain, the safe had no power to operate, the clock was not plugged in, the closet door was tightly stuck closed, and the room phone did not work to call the front desk. Somebody was not on the job."

"Terribly dirty. Booked this room based on positive reviews, but I think those must be made by the hotel. Overall carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. Put room was ok, but bathroom had hair on toilet and stains on wall/door. The water in bathroom ran clear but the kitchenette water was so murky I thought my kids were playing a prank. Staff seemed to not be concerned. We booked with a bottle of wine guaranteed and did not receive it. Cookies that were raved about were inedible. Breakfast as ok. Pool will accolade one family at a time. Really unsure what all the positive reviews are based on, if we received an off room the staff had zero inclination to fix it. "
