There was a lot of variety at the free breakfast, the bed was very comfortable and the town of Grayslake was a wonderful surprise. Make sure you stop by The Vine - Martini and Wine Bar restaurant!

I love our room. It was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. The waffle station gets busy because it takes time to cook and seems everyone's favorite to eat especially the kids. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. Had a pleasant stay although we didn't get a chance to use the pool.

The rooms were clean and just right for us. The some of the staff didn’t understand my conversation when I tried to ask for towels. Breakfast was ok, yes it was fresh but I believe there needs to be a different selection. Sausage and eggs every morning. The hot tub was small and tge water was warm nothing near hot

The location is good, the breakfast was perfect, and I was very pleased with the pool; the cleaning staff was very friendly. The entrance to the hotel is a bit difficult to navigate. The staff is friendly—though not every single person—and the bathrooms are in need of a plumbing overhaul. In my case, I had to switch rooms due to a leak, and in the room we moved to, the water didn't drain quickly. If you are attending your child's graduation, I recommend staying somewhere closer by.
