We had to change rooms twice. The 3rd room was clean enough. The amenities were okay, but the entire hotel was not very clean - the halls were never swept for our entire 7 day stay. We wish the hotel was the way it was the year before, spotless and caring.

The staff make the place worthwhile. The price is great. It’s clean. It’s quiet. But at the end of the day, the wonderful staff (Delaney, Elizabeth, Leah, Heidi, Tina, and the rest) make staying here a home away from home.

Overall, I would give this hotel a 6-7/10 rating. It was located in a nice area, the bed was big and comfortable, the room was very spacious, and the room offered many useful amenities. However, there were definitely a few things that made this stay a little… interesting. 1) animals are allowed. I am a huge animal lover, but when dogs are barking until 10:00 pm and don’t stop until a complaint is made, it gets to be a bit much. 2) the place is a bit worn down. Again, the room is lovely and very spacious. However, some of the room showed its age with chipped paint and fabric peeling from chairs. The room also smelled very musty and the smell didn’t subside until we left the window open. 3) there were no pots or pans. My husband and I were very excited that this hotel offered a stove - we were provided with forks, spoons, plates, cups, and spatulas - but no pots or pans to use on the stove. Not a big deal, but I do wish we would’ve known about this ahead of time. Overall, I think I would stay here again, but probably not for a long period.
