"The check-in process was very quick and efficient, and I was happy to receive a room upgrade. They also fulfilled all my requests, such as a twin bed and a higher floor, which made my stay very satisfying. I enjoyed the variety of activities offered at the hotel, and the multiple swimming pools were excellent with great service. The staff were all very kind and helpful.
