"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It has a beautiful outdoor area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the great weather. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and the amenities felt higher-end than expected. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks available at the front desk.
The service was excellent—everyone was welcoming, friendly, and consistently helpful. The location was another highlight: close enough and within walking distance of most temples, yet just far enough from the main area to avoid noise and maintain a peaceful, tranquil atmosphere.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel."

It’s right in the centre of all of the action so you might want ear plugs for bed time but that comes with the being in the centre of the old city. "I had such a great stay at LIS Hotel that I’m coming back again just a few weeks later. The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable, with nice balconies and reliable hot water. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful and really make you feel welcome. I also loved the spa and pool — perfect for relaxing after a day out in Chiang Mai. Overall, it’s a place that feels easy, calm, close to the airport and the old town while avoiding the business and traffic of it. A truly wonderful stay and easily a 10/10. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai."
